1. This guy cost a lot of ppl alot of time. That cop ended up giving him a bunch of tickets, btw. Including, Failure to signal, expired registration, Failure to wear seat belt, and obstructed tags. That’ll teach this guy from trying such a stunt again. Chutzpah !!
