  1. This is so sad to be taking place in Lakewood. In truth as someone who lives nearby I can say that this is not shocking. There is screaming and yelling until they wee hours of the morning…dancing and fighting etc.The neighborhoods petitions fall on deaf ears since these disgusting parties are needed to pay for Yiddisher kinder chinuch.

  2. Yes it’s one of “our” Mosdos that has been asked numerous times not to have such parties in a residential neighborhood and has promised not to worry that it’s perfectly safe lets see if they stop it now that it’s not only disturbing the neighborhood but also bringing in a dangerous element

  3. It seems not one of these events/parties have not happened without incident. Fighting, shooting, stabbings etc. Even with police on site. Possibly end them earlier? They need the money that bad?

  4. Thank you scoop for reporting this, finally this constant tremendous disturbance to our neighborhood is coming to light.

Chinuch is about leading by example, the best example to show is that making a few extra bucks isn’t everything.

  5. How about the bright side that it’s indoors Amgen it was in town square or some other outdoor plase, at least it’s indoor so not the hole lkwd has to hear them!
But Ya the kitchen I hope is not rented out!!!

  6. Doesn’t this oak st hall have a name? Why do they allow for these inappropriate parties to take place at their frum moisid every week? Do they realize its negative effect on the surrounding neighborhood? Thank you TLS for reporting this!!

  7. I have been a guest at one of my children’s house on Oak Street. I have personally observed the outrageous commotion taking place on “Saturday Nights” with disco lights and all. Did anyone ever think of the negative impact this can have on the very same walls that absorb Kedusha of the Torah being taught there?? Now, the same walls are soaked in decadence and imorality!! Can money justify this!?
