    Retired: 1945.

    Quite a sight to see over lakewood at about 5:00 o’clock

  2. These were bombers that were used in WW2 to drop bombs on enemy countries in Europe, if I am not mistaken one of them was of the type used to drop the Atom bomb on Japan
