Vonage, a VoIP phone service has gone down this afternoon, customers and businesses in Lakewood tell TLS.

According to customers in Lakewood and reports from users on social media the system has been down since approximately 3:45 PM this afternoon.

Many companies are sending out emails to alert callers to instead use email to contact them.

The company stated “We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as we can.”
