  1. ha ha ha,
Anyone can see that Jews built Lakewood from a deserted town of empty hotels to a bustling center of education and commerce, while Jackson attracted horse farms. Lakewood has gained political relevance and coveted prominence on the state and national level. It is not too difficult to discern the Blessing of G-d which has accompanied the followers of the Torah in Lakewood.

  2. @Tomer Devorah and maskim,
Lakewood a deserted town?!?! My family has been here for 5 generations and I can assure you it’s never been deserted. It has gone from an elite winter resort that saw the likes of Rockefeller and Gould to a family oriented suburb and now to the city of gridlock that it is. Maybe go visit the new Lakewood Historical Museum to understand our history better.
