The Lakeowod Mashgiach last night was honored with writing the first Oas in a Sefer Torah being written in memory of the Torah Vodaath Rosh Yeshivah, Rav Yisroel Belsky Zatzal.

The event took place at the Torah Vodaath Lakewood reception, hosted by R’ Ari Stern.
