In response to dozens of vehicle burglaries over the weekend in Lakewood, Police Chief Greg Meyer is urging residents to make sure their vehicles are locked, and that all valuables are removed.
“I know it’s a busy time, but just take a minute and check that you locked it,” Chief Meyer said.
Nearly 20 vehicles were burglarized in the Chestnut Street area alone, and several others in the Rose Park Crescent area.
