  1. Makes sense. This might just be the beginning. This town has become sooooo congested. Why would someone want to spend so much time in traffic? Time is Money!!

  2. Every time i see a store or restaurant advertising free delivery, I cringe. It doesnt make sense. I cant blame this guy, whoever it is. I can take 20-30 to do a simple errand in certaing parts of town at certain times.

  3. Silly business owner. Money is in Lakewood because of the large population here. Businesses from out of town move in because they know the large population will patronize them. Their loss..

  4. Sounds very strange. A company not servicing because of traffic. So charge a fee. Also the letter is written in a very elementary style. Something is weird about it.

  5. I don’t blame them one bit. They could be making three deliveries somewhere else in the time it would take them to make one over here.

  6. Oh, upon reading the comments I learn this was submitted as campaign against excessive building. Good try but poor execution. Hire a pr group next time.

  7. I don’t understand the problem here. Not one developer had an expert on traffic say that any development would have a meaningful negative impact on existing traffic patterns.
    So whats the problem?
Is our Planning Board that gullible they believe anything, or are there other reasons they allow uncontrolled building.

  8. the letter is 100% true i sent the letter to TLC i revived it today from my exterminator i called the owner of the company and he told me yes we can not service your store its just not worth are time for all the non believers if u want u can come to the store i will gladly produce the letter for u

  9. To local resident…a business that’s service is deliveries is different(ppl will shop elsewhere) than a business whose time is used to make their parnassah off of their expertise and brains( my husband won’t lose customers if he doesn’t drive to yehupitz..he will be able to hold onto his current customer base and more by being available to them (. Why should he get to 50 percent less of his clients if he can go to so many more by not spending so much travel time.trust me Monsey isn’t the country anymore..to get anywhere local is already a whole esek..

  10. I know this owner. He is semi retired and driving thru Lakewood is not IDEAL for him. He spends half his day on the golf course. Go to Lakewood golf course you’ll see his little car parked there all day.
