  1. Are you for real???? Never mind emotionally….how about physically unstable ??? Parkinsons and falling all over and her history of falls and concussions is stable???

  2. I quote from Alexis de Tocqueville’s Democracy in America:

“Eighteenth-century philosophers were incorrect when they said that enlightenment would replace religion, because in America one finds that the most free and enlightened people are also the most religious.

“The main reason for religion’s strength in America is the separation of church and state. In America the clergy never hold public office and are not politically active.

“While the power of religion seems diminished without an alliance with political power, it is actually stronger. Religion is natural for the human person, and widespread irreligiousity only comes about in unnatural circumstances.

“Political power is by nature ephemeral, and thus if religion wants to have lasting influence it is best for it to remain independent of politics. In addition, in a democratic country it is extremely important that religion remain apolitical because the political sphere is constantly in a state of flux and is always changing according to public opinion.”

This most astute observer of American democracy understood the reason Americans hold clergy in high regard is because they do not endorse candidates. Once they do so, they are subject to the same criticism as politicians.

  3. Hey Observer, what does “bad” mean? There is no evidence Trump is corrupt, there is mountains of evidence that Hillary is.

The President is not a figurehead position, it is not about the candidate being a moral role model, not since at least the days of Ulysses Grant. Truman, JFK, Lyndon B Johnson, Bill Clinton where far from moral paragons, bit some of them made fine presidents.

Trump at least cares about the country and is running for President at great personal expense. Hillary used her office to go from virtually broke, to a net worth of $150 million .

Trump has fresh ideas and policies to benefit the U.S. economy on trade, healthcare, employment, national security.

Clinton would enter the office compromised, beholden to all the dictators who donated to her campaign.

That is beside the fact that there was enough evidence months ago to indict Clinton. She would be the first president to be elected that may have committed treason.

  4. It’s quite humorous/sad that a rabbi is endorsing a candidate who is the darling of racists, neonazis and antisemites. These are truly interesting times that we live in.

  5. I have a poster at home that reads if you want a stable marriage, buy a horse. I think this is metephorically appliaple here: those who want a stable president will get a horse.

  6. I think from the comments posted here many are missing the point
R kessin isn’t blind or ignoring the many faults of trump but when given a choice between the 2 it’s the lessor evil of the 2 candidates we are asked to choose from
Hands down when all said and done
This country the USA ,Israel ,economy wise, and a long time need to change the status quo and bring in an outsider not someone beholden to $$$ or hidden agendas
Is reason enough to choose TRUMP
The fact that the media and everyone even people in his own party are against him shows the left is scared
And the people on top enjoying the perks of being connected and used to getting away with yes even murder (john Forster)are running scared
are reason enough to vote for trump
You may not like him or think he’s moral but he’s no different then anyone else we had in the whitehouse in the past
but publicly trump stands for what the Torah view is on many issues abortion, and in support of a conservative Supreme Court whichever can have many far reaching decisions for decades to come for Jews living on the usa
These are some of the reasons I will be voting for trump
Would ted Cruz have been a Better choice perhaps but he’s not on the ballet given the alternative and I won’t list all the negatives but if you are educated to some extent and read and see beyond what the left media wants you to hear and read you get a real wake up call as to why you should vote for trump

  7. The fact that Trump’s inner circle are extremely anti-semites and utterly anti-Isreal doesn’t bother anyone? The Alt-right that makes up the majority of Trump’s base are frighteningly rabid anti-semetic neonazis. They make Hillary’s circle seem down right pro-Jewish in comparison.

  8. to #10 you have stated a very true and scary fact. His camp and he are anti anyone who didn’t come over on the Mayflower! and to number 3 where do you get your facts? Clinton doesn’t have Parkinsons that’s Trump nonsense.

  9. Number 10 J says,

Do you work for the Clinton Campaign? Trumps 3 children married Jews, one of his closest advisors by all accounts is his Orthodox Jewish Son-in-Law

As far as the Alt-Right. The most common website referred to as the mouth piece of the Alt-Right has many Jewish Writers and up until recently 2 editors that were Orthodox Jews (one, a Cruz supporter, left) however it’s general counsel and one of its editors currently is an Orthodox Jew.

It is in general an extremely pro-Israel publication, that constantly points out other media, and the U.N bias against Israel.

You really need to stop getting your information from CNN and Hillary’s website.

  10. Unfortunately time and again we see very smart people making the lesser of two evils argument. That is totally logical when assessing to standard political candidates. The flaw is, and many who don’t follow this very closely will be unaware of it, Trump has all the indications of a person suffering from multiple personality disorders – at the very least. That, in my opinion, changes the entire calculation and disqualifies the lesser of two evils model.
