  1. The long lines were caused by the write ins. It takes so much longer for each person to vote. The vaad should reconsider ever recommending a write in candidate.

  2. To 1.
Yes true the lines were long but the Klal can give away one hour or more of their time to support some one who will give up his day and night when needed.

  3. The idea to write in a name got the person elected but at a cost of many hundreds of hours of people’s time. The Vaad has to consider this in the future when asking for a write in vote.

  4. There was no choice. Nobody filed in time. So without a write in the BOE would have appointed somebody who would not necessary have our children’s interest in mind

  5. Bringing the whole family to the polls also added a lot of time. Even with write ins it shouldn’t take more than 1 minute in the booth. Familiarize yourself with the ballot before you come. Bringing the kids into the booth adds much more time and I don’t feel it’s right to everyone else waiting behind you.
