Local authorities this evening are searching for a man suspected of robbing a gas station at gunpoint.

The robbery occurred shortly after 8PM at a Delta gas station in South Toms River.

The suspect is described as a black male dressed in black, and with a black ski mask over his face.

The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot East on Dover Road.

Lakewood and other surrounding townships are searching for the suspect.
