[PHOTOS BELOW] The 2017 Community Emergency Response Team class graduation took place on Thursday evening.

Several officials attended the ceremony, including Mayor Ray Coles, Committeeman Meir Licthenstein, Committeeman Mike D’Elia, Sheriff Mike Mastronardy, and Ocean County Freeholder Ginny Haines.

CERT training was very educational. The practical and theoretical coursework learned will be used in daily life. It is highly encouraged that more civilians get involved with community service. Thank you to everyone who took the time to make this training course occur.
