Board Supervisor Tobree Mostel has been suspended by the Board of Education – and an investigation is occurring as to her actions – but the bigger issue is not yet resolved, Attorney Michael Inzelbuch said.
Regarding Mostel, Inzelbuch said, “We all know is that there are major issues occurring with the delivery of nonpublic services to our children, but the way this appears to have been done will easily be overturned by any court or the Monitor.”
“All people are entitled to Due Process and RICE notices—like them or not. “I have only met Tobree one time – in Court when I subpoenaed her against her will to appear on behalf of a medically fragile child.”
However, the bigger issue is not Mostel, says Inzelbuch, “but the New Jersey Department of Education who has issued guidelines that do not consider the unique needs of Lakewood. Forget that – that in fact harm Lakewood kids. In fact, I remember reading about this several months ago on the Scoop with Board Member Zlatkin correctly stating as much.”
“BUT – as I said then and say now – there is no talking to NJDOE in Trenton. They need to be sued. Enough of the give in to the Audits, giving them hundreds of thousands of dollars back that can be better used for children and schools. Trenton knows one thing when it comes to Lakewood kids – lawsuits . Attacking Mostel was not the answer – but a quick publicity stunt that will only provide more lawsuits to defend and get our kids nothing.”

So wy not let Michael get the job of suing them on behalf of Lakewood if he is so fired up to do it?
maybe Lakewood should hire you as their attorney to sue the state
