  1. If people would pay attention and get off their phones and make decisions it would not be a bad intersection. How come 15 years ago it was not a bad intersection, 20 years ago it was not a bad intersection. I guess people would pay more attention instead of talking on their phones and making last minute turns there wouldn’t be so many crashes there. But again I guess “IF” is a Huge word these days in Lakewood. No one cares.

  2. it can also have to do with the phone part but I agree with yl that its mainly because lakewoods populations grown like crazy & there are much more cars on the road

  3. The cars coming north on Massachusetts cannot see cars coming west bound on Prospect because of parked cars in front of High Point. So they need to go all the way into the intersection onto Prospect st. Big problem. Also, there is a sharp decline which makes it difficult to stop the car.

  4. Read the police report and u will see that all the above reasons to not apply to this accident. People have to learn to stip at a stop sign. Nothing more nothing less.
