The hype surrounding Misameach’s new family center has been heating up for months, and now its eagerly-anticipated completion is right around the corner.
The 3,700 square foot center will be stocked with everything that is needed to help patients and their families enjoy a much-needed reprieve from their pain.
Thanks to dedicated volunteers and community members who pitched in with their time, talents, resources and energies, the center – truly a project by the community for the community – will open its doors in about two weeks.
This week, one of the mezuzahs was affixed by singer Avraham Fried, who stayed and sang for the patients for hours.
