The Township committee is expected to pass an ordinance making a main road in West Gate a one-way street .
Mayor Ray Coles tells TLS the big change on North Crest Drive will allow easier access for school buses picking up and dropping off children in the large development, and that children will not have to walk to and from the buses across the development.
The second the reading for the ordinance will be read during tonight’s meeting, and is expected to pass.
Main road in Westgate is Hillside not North Crest. Please clarify

What was the point of the meeting in WestGate before Pesach on this issue? Many residents expressed concern about this.

YAY more traffic. It’s going to be like forest Park. There r some streets in Westgate that were switched to one ways and I see so many times ppl driving the wrong way.
I think the whole Westgate streets should be examed . Who was one to decide which street should be one ways and which street should be the other ways. For example pressburg you go down one street the next street over is the other way one way street I supposed to get to that way if to go run the entire Westgate just to get to pressburg lower numbers
