PHOTOS: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Ready, Set, Grow!’s New Building and Upcoming Chanukas Habayis Event

This morning, Wednesday, December 6th Ready, Set, Grow! hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to inaugurate their new building. It was an honor to have the presence of Senator Bob Singer and Committeeman Meir Lichtenstein at the ceremony. Mrs. Rachel Rappaport, Director of Ready, Set, Grow! mentioned in her opening remarks gratitude to the Senator for his assistance in making this dream into a reality, to Committeeman Lichtenstein for being there for us throughout our 13+ years in operation, as well as numerous others who assisted in big & small ways to help achieve this milestone. Amid much excitement, a large 25” scissors was presented to the Senator and the ribbon was cut in the presence of Ready, Set, Grow!’s preschool department, parents, staff & guests.

Senator Bob Singer presented Ready, Set, Grow!’s director a plaque which indicated his “affirmation to Ready, Set, Grow!’s essential place in the State’s educational community and their praiseworthy mission of providing children with a strong foundation for life through the exploration of intellectual and exciting themes that go beyond the standard curriculum”.

The Kv’ias Mezuza took place following the ribbon cutting, and a Mezuza was affixed by Rabbi Yisroel Reisman.

The excitement will continue with a Chanukas Habayis Event, open to the public, which is scheduled for this evening – Wednesday, December 6th, 8:00-10:30 PM, at Ready, Set, Grow!’s new building, 367 Monmouth Avenue; behind the old building – 307 Monmouth (for women). At this event, participants will be given a tour of the new, state of the art building, meet & greet Ready, Set, Grow! family members and be treated to an interactive workshop by International Transformation Speaker, Mrs. Rachel Rappaport on the topic: “Developing Relationships; Building a Peaceful Home”. Attendees will receive an exclusive coupon towards 2018-19 School Year tuition. Light refreshments will be served.

Ready, Set, Grow! and its director, Mrs. Rachel Rappaport, were the first to introduce daycare center concept to the Lakewood community and continue to set the Gold Standard in Early Childhood Education. Numerous calls have been received regarding registration for the upcoming school year. This evening Ready, Set, Grow! will launch the opening of registration as its unique culture, core values & curriculum will be presented to participants who will be given the opportunity to register for the 2018-19 school year at an Early Bird special rate.
