Lakewood DPW Director on impending storm: “We are ready”

The Lakewood Department Public Works Director tells TLS the department is ready for the impending storm.

“I can say for Lakewood Township we will have well over a hundred and thirty pieces of equipment on the road throughout the entirety of the storm,” DPW Director Pat Donnelly told TLS. “We are ready!”

The National Weather Service predicts approximately 6 inches of snow for the area, though according to some forecasters the storm can dump more than 10 inches of snow to our area.

  1. Thank you. As a towns resident I’m both appreciative and pleased with this info. On behalf of others and myself I say “Thank you.” I do want to mention though that there are still very many piles of leaves all around my neighborhood and It would be so nice if you guys had a chance to come by and pick em up. I’m at Lexington and Carey, and there are many streets nearby that are included too.
