Tech Explosion is Creating Opportunity for the Frum Community

[COMMUNICATED] With the explosion of technology, record numbers of people from frum communities around the world are finding successful careers in IT (Information Technology), which includes computer programing, software development, app development, and networking.  This field is growing at an exponential rate.  More and more companies – large and small – are making use of Networking and IT technologies.

Now there is an exciting new opportunity available in Lakewood and Central New Jersey for bachurim, young marrieds, and baal ha’batim who are looking for a job or new work – in this lucrative and flourishing field – which  has the potential for growth in salary and position.

In partnership with EPI Education and Parnasah Institute –  (www.epinetworking.org) Adaleg IT (www.adalegit.com) –  a Community Based IT training program that teaches programing, app development, software development, and IT networking  to men and women in the Jewish community around the world  – is offering a new IT course in Bell Works (4th Floor 101 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ – 30 minutes from Lakewood) from March 4th to June 10th – that introduces students to CISCO IT networking and gets them on the path to a CISCO CCNA Certification.  The goal of this course is not simply to train but also to give its students a chance to get a good IT job in the ever-expanding IT sector.

Adaleg IT provides its students with the know-how, skills, and experience to enter the IT workforce.  It’s formula is to have its classes taught by successful IT professionals who are active within the Jewish community and are gainfully employed in the IT sector.  The role of these teachers is not simply to teach the subject, but also to mentor students and help them to transition into the IT workplace.   This formula is successful and has been employed in the Toronto Jewish community since 2015.  Now Adaleg IT is bringing it to the Jewish Community in Lakewood and Central New Jersey.

After completing the course in Bell Works, Adaleg IT will be working with IT Companies in the Central New Jersey and NYC and with Tzomet (a reputable job placement group https://www.tzometcounseling.com) – to train, mentor, and place students in the IT workforce.
