We regret to inform you of the Petira of Mrs. Fela (Faiga) Ramras A”H, wife of R’ Yosef A”H, who was Niftar yesterday evening. Her Levaya was held today.

The Ramrases were Holocaust survivors who came to the Lakewood area in the 1950s. They were a distinguished couple who were tremendous Ba’alei Tzedaka and caring people, and were staunch supporters of Bais Medrash Govoha. They continued the legacy of their illustrious ancestry of Ahavas Yisrael and Chashivus HaTorah. Their many descendants live a Torah life.

The Ramrases were from the original members of K’Hal Anshe Sefard, and lived in close proximity to the Shul so they could Daven and be active members of the Kehilla.

The family is sitting Shiva at the Ramras home, 570 14th Street.

Shachris is at 7:20 AM, Mincha at 5:30 PM, followed by Maariv.
