A business in Lakewood’s industrial park was damaged early this morning in a two-alarm fire.
The fire broke out shortly after 4 AM in the Industrial Park, and upon arrival firefighters found heavy smoke coming from the business. A second alarm was dispatched and mutual aid assisted the Lakewood fire department.
“The Fire was knocked down quickly,” a fire official said.
Nobody was injured.
The fire Marshall’s office is investigating the cause of the fire, but sources tells TLS the fire may have started from car batteries.
