Second phase of Clifton Ave resurfacing begins; Traffic Alert

The second phase of the downtown resurfacing has begun today.

Crews will be working to resurface Clifton Avenue between 3rd Street and 5th Street throughout the weekend.

The first phase, between Route 88 and 3rd Street was completed over last weekend.

They have to remove the old broken pavement before they can repave it .
