Lakewood residents receiving missionary letters from Jackson address

Lakewood residents have been once again receiving missionary letters, coming from an address in Jackson.

Some residents have been receiving the letter Erev Shvuos.

As the weather warms up, the groups usually return to town and make their way from door to door around Lakewood’s Frum neighborhoods.

  1. why are we afraid of this? We have all the answers and have been denying their claims for almost 2000 years. Perhaps some anti-missionary training is in order for the faint at heart. Their arguments all revolve around an ignorance of tanach. We should therefore make this a more serious study.

  2. in my experience with missionaries (used to live in an area that was targeted all the time) they ask you if you are interested. all you have to do is say no thank you. nothing to get hysterical over. kids should regardless not be talking to strangers and most teenagers arent getting into a religious discussion with someone who stops them on the street. awareness is always great but no need for panic
