  1. The traffic light is great, however the left turning light on vine ave coming from spruce should be longer during the morning and afternoon rush

  2. I asked for it… I got it.
But not quite a success yet…
    Traffic was insane this morning.
Hoping they will adjust the lights to work more smoothly!

  3. @oak and Vine I hate to break it to you Contrary to popular belief traffic lights are not these amazing traffic solutions! they should be used as a last resort..Look wherever there is a light there is traffic it may just be minimized to a degree. That is why Pine and Martin Luther Will get worse when the light goes on there too!!

  4. The light caused HORRIFIC traffic this morning. The green light for drivers on Vine was only 10 seconds long (and no turn on RED!), which caused a 20 minute backup down Vine street. A normally 10 minute drive to get my children to school (and arrive at work on time), took a full 30 minutes. The children were late to school and I was late to work. PLEASE re-evaluate the traffic pattern! This light should be there to help the traffic situation, not make it worse.

  5. As others mentioned, traffic on Oak St was backed up practically to Rt 9. Iā€™m sure the timing on the lights will be tweaked but very important after all this money that was spent on this, that the powers that be get this right. With the new developments going up around the area, Oak / Vine is only going to get busier.

  6. Too many cars on too small and too old of roads. Every time the Township puts in a traffic light it gets worse. We need to open more cross streets and we need wider streets. Start building roads not housing.

  7. The workers who put the lights up, told me that on shabbos the light will sense pedestrians and change the light to green for them. Is that halachically allowed?
