  1. To all the comments who think is unnecessary- I for one have witnessed several accidents and numerous near-accidents.

Making a left from ave of the states was very hard considering the speed the cars were flying down the hill.

    Inconvenience- maybe.
    Necessary- absolutely.

  2. Are you all kidding?!?! Its the best thing ever! Morning drive to forest park now takes 2 min instead of 20. And the crossing guard that was there for hours every day being paid with tax money is now not!!
    Thank you Lakewood township!!

    • Are you sure you’re referring to the same light as the rest of us?
Pine @ Avenue of the States

I think you’re talking about the one on Pine @ MLK??

  3. Is that Avenue of the States? How about increasing the speed limit on that to 45. No one goes 35 and I don’t see why they should. The place is deserted. Very pretty BTW.

  4. @Not good chinuch:
So, in your “Chinuch” (learning), non-jews should not comment on a public news website? Source please. What you wrote, in my Chinuch, is a Chillul Hashem and likely Lashon Hara through generalization. Shame on you.

    • To clarify, his point was that these names are clearly pseudonyms as they are names of well known baseball players. There was no intent to limit anyone’s right to comment in this forum.

  5. Not good chinuch is right. Except it’s yours. I was born in Italy, Giuseppe Pinto-Vargas and my Hebrew name is Yosef ben Simcha (Gioia). I came here during Mussolini’s rule as a child with fake papers from a non-jew to escape the concentration camps, and graduated YU. You sound just like Mussolini.

  6. I don’t think these people that post these names r non Jewish. All I’m saying is that even for a joke it’s not appropriate to post such a goyish name
