  1. It’s a dangerous intersection! You can never tell IF a car is turning or going straight because their turn single is on from going around the bend.seen many near accidents

  2. The accident was at the corner of oak and S. Prospect. Motorcycle was driving at high speed (80-100 mph by my estimation of what the engine sounded like and the boom it made on impact) toward w. County line and being Pursued by a cop. The car was going in the opposite direction and the cyclist lost control and ran into the front/left side of the car. As much as that intersection is dangerous because you can’t see cars coming over the hill, This accident had nothing to do with it.

  3. Someone lost their life last night. I feel like it’s not the best time for such a joke.

So tragic. Prayers for all involved and for the loved ones of the deceased.

    • only one with blood on his hands is Mr Grifith – and you for excusing other people’s bad actions and blaming the cops for everything.

  4. Sierra & family my heart goes out you. This should never have happened. 26 is way to young to lose your life. It is sad that once again a motorcyclist lost their life being chased for speeding. It is dangerous for the rider, the police, & incident bystanders. I don’t know why the police just take the plate & deal with them later. Would be much safer for all.

    • Plates were fake so taking down the plates would have been useless. We live in a civil society with laws. Make bad choices – you live (or die) with the consequences.

  5. Someone committed suicide last night would be more accurate. How about the driver who was seriously injured? I think they need more prayers than the family of the deceased. Thank G-D he missed me by 20 feet, someone’s prayers may have contributed to that one.

  6. The guy was going 80mph before any cop got involved. If he pulled over when the lights went on behind him then nobody gets hurt. He tried to run away…

  7. Really someone child was killed last night yes he shouldn’t have been going as fast as he did. And yes he may have caused the accident last night and absolutely it is sad that someone else has been hurt because of somebody else’s poor decisions but at the end of the day. Someone’s Child and you need to show some respect to the deceased

  8. The driver is a criminal we should feel bad for the driver of vehicle and realize that it could have been anyone of us and Hashem is so kind.

  9. Dear cop lover. Your love is outstanding
However you missed the point luckily it was only the motorcyclists would you still be a cop lover if it would harm someone you know?
It’s stupid to think the cop saves anyone with pursuits.
They have different ways of catching the suspect by following from far, or setting up roadblocks.
If I’m not mistaken last week there was another deadly pursuit by toms river

  10. I’m wondering why it took atleast 20 min. For any first-aid or ambulance to show up. There must’ve been 15 cop cars and a bunch of firemen, but not a single EMT to be seen for too long of a time.

  11. He was probably one of the most kind hearted people that any of you wouldve known if you had the chance to meet him… Im not taking the blame away here, but before we judge him and start assassinating his character, lets just take a minute and remember that a young man lost his life last night. I understand it was by his own actions and has created devastation for both his family and the victims family as well but COME ON with these heartless comments. Weve all done wreckless things growing up but were lucky enough to live to talk about them. Unfortunately in this case, thats not how the story ends… Just show a little compassion, and stop attempting to destroy this kid. If he was here to witness what he caused, hed be devastated! He wasnt a bad person.. Just pray for his family to get over the loss of their son, brother, etc. And pray for a speedy recovery for the victim in that car..

  12. On the Scene, Cop Lover, Loops, & Fred Mertz…. you people are SICK!!! You are talking about a 22 yr old CHILD!!!! Obviously he made a bad choice. If you read the article the cop chased him for COASTING through the stop sign. It was a VERY UNFORTUNATE accident. Yes he didn’t have the bike registered & bad plates.. but honestly not worth two people dying over. How many people have to die this way? There should be a no Chase Law!
