Every time it rains in Lakewood, this extreme flooding, is either negligence or incompetence by those charged with building the infrastructure. Where is the accountability?

This flooding could have been eliminated with logical city planning that provided sufficient storm sewers. As to the folks who want to drive in water that is over their wheel hubs, good luck with that.

Every time it rains in Lakewood, there is a ridiculous amount of flooding on many roads. I would assume this is due to either negligence or incompetence of the most basic levels in terms of building infrastructure. Why is there no accountability whatsoever?
