The parlor meeting took place Monday evening in Lakewood. The successful event drew a crowd of approximately 300 people.
Rav Elya Brudny gave a powerful address (see video below) on the topic of ‘Yeshiva bachurim in the workforce’.“The speech was very powerful and really hit home,” said an attendee.

The video of this speech is a major chilul Hashem and a bizayon hatorah and should be removed immediately.
Not the content of the drasha, that’s fantastic and should be required listening. I’m referring to the inability of many attendees from sitting quietly and listening to a RY give over some chizuk for 20 minutes. He can barely be heard over the talking.
Lakewood guty is unfortunately 100% correct. There probably ought to be another such speech to address this issue as it is of great importance.
I was actually there…the event was so packed to the rafters and the camera was stationed in the back of the room so you were just hearing the background noise of people coming and going. There were over 100 people listening intently aside from those background noise people. You can see from the pictures posted both the packed crowd of people listening and the people all the way in the back. Was a great event and a powerful speech heard by all!
Lkwd-guy I am unsure what you’re talking about it’s a clear great speech that many wanted enjoyed and will enjoy!
