PHOTO: Meet Lakewood’s newest Police Officers

As earlier reported, the officers graduated yesterday.

The officers are now going through in-house training and will be hitting the roads over the next few days.

The new officers are: Officers James Mahecha, Christopher R. Garrestson, Joseph M. Hans, Daniel J. Spagnuolo, Nicholas J. Romeo, Michael R. Grant, and Gary R. Weaver III.

Yes Daniel is his son. Christopher is no longer with the department.
