  1. The township should hire a independent traffic expert to see the real impact caused by development before ea approval. They should make sure the fixes are implemented before the problems get out of hand and charge developers thos costs.. Slightly alleviating a problem that was caused with their approval is not a cause for accolades.

  2. Maybe the Planning Board should take control of the uncontrolled building in the town.
Stop building Cul-de-sac, only allow through streets. Only allow streets wide enough for 2 way traffic that can pass each other without having snake around oncoming cars.
See if any present Cul-de-sac can be made into through streets.
Before you finish building on Pine Street widen it NOW, before the construction is finished, not after.

  3. @Thank You,

Cross street is a County road, and the turning lanes were installed by the Ocean County Roads Department.
The township did not make these road improvements.
