After much debate and after multiple meetings, Dr. Rich Roberts has announced his popular Chol Hamoed Carnival will continue – and at the Blue Claws Stadium.

Dr. Roberts had initially announced the Carnival would be cancelled due to safety concerns, and then detailed the issues with the bi-annual event, which attracts thousands.

The events, which cost him approximately $60,000 per event, will now cost him approximately $100,000.

  1. Dr Roberts, u mentioned u would need a large amount of water, I would suggest looking into Watergen Usa. Might be a cost effective way to get alot of water

  2. Thank you Dr Roberts. I still remember the carnivals in Dr Roberts yard. Wow! How huge they have grown! May Hashem give Dr Roberts the strength he needs the continue doing for the community.

  3. Thank you so much Dr. Roberts! May you and your family keep helping out Klal Yisroel, in good health and happiness!
I was just wondering if there is any way to post videos that could be watched with a filter… I’ve really been missing out!

  4. Dr Roberts
Obviously I’m not privy to all the event planning but one thing I would bear in mind in today’s climate of hate the fact that it’s out there months in advance the location and date of so many people coming together makes it a real target for haters C”V I would look into what kind of security can be hired to supplement the obviously wonderful police department that we have!
    Thank you!

  5. Dr rabbi Roberts. Your someone who we look up too. Such a kiddush Hashem. Maybe skip the cotton candy if it’s too much to have generators. My kids pounded cotton candy last year gave them a real simchas YOM TOV. Your son in laws are also tzaddikim like you. Enjoy the nachas

  6. I support this twice annual event, however we must ensure tznius and have separate lines for men and women as I saw much comingling in tight quarters chasidim would never allow for this.

  7. WOW! I never bothered to think about how much thought and prep you put into the carnival! what a amazing person you are! Dr. Roberts, you are a true role model of chesed in our community! may you be gebenched with much hatzlacha and bracha!

  8. Just a thought.. While I sincerely appreciate your efforts and generosity, do we really want to introduce the children to Blueclaws Stadium? The stadium has always just been “off limits” and many kids haven’t given it a second thought..

  9. To yehoshua simcha. No u dont need to introduce anything you are not comfortable with. But keep your thoughts in your head so it doesn’t seem unappreciated.

  10. Dr. You are still a young man by today standards. You should have the strength to make the carnival till 120 so you can plan for aprox. another 120 carnivals. You might need a few locations! All joking aside, it is a great chesed. U must have some special merrit.

  11. I second the suggestion of seperate lines for men and woemen. But how will it work if both parents take their kids to the carnival?
Thanks dr roberts. We all appreciate it.
