Pesach in Boca Raton

[COMMUNICATED] Enter into a spacious wood-beamed area with high ceilings and two sets of sliding glass doors that provide not only plenty of natural light, but offer the beautiful outdoor area as “natural artwork.”

The living room is furnished with a wraparound fabric sofa in ecru with two semi-reclining chairs in bold fuchsia. Striking tangerine and fuchsia throw pillows, along with a shiny chrome coffee table provide the backdrop for exciting conversations, day or night.

A large deep-grey glass expandable table with a chrome base plays host to eight ivory leather dining chairs, with two additional upholstered lucite and chrome chairs on each end, seating up to ten guests.

The open-style kitchen is the cornerstone that bridges the living/dining area and an informal den. Matte white quartz counters offer plenty of room for meal preparation and a large center island adds to the workspace. A bonus glass countertop connected to the island provides a great opportunity for two guests to sit and watch the chef of the family prepare delicious fare, as they enjoy the samples that are passed to them. Lower cabinets in shiny white and upper cabinets in a glossy linen-look almond make their own contribution to the “unique personality” of this kitchen. Stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, meat microwave and dishwasher, and glass cooktop and oven all coordinate with the stainless sink, and a large picture window overlooking the pool and patio area brings in added sunshine throughout the day.

Just off the kitchen, an additional living area offers a second option for family gatherings with its L-shaped taupe leather couch. Facing an entertainment area bursting with an assortment of reading material and plenty of games plus a large flat-screen television mounted to the wall, it will prove to be the coveted spot for the kids of the family.

Each of the four bedrooms in this home have been outfitted with beautiful bedding, walk in closets with built-in drawers and plenty of hanging space, and large flat-screen televisions. Two bedrooms have two queen-size platform beds with large headboards in each, for added flair. A third bedroom has one queen-size bed and a loveseat that opens to a twin-size sofabed, plus a child bed for a lucky little one, making this the perfect room for a young family.

The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a two-sink vanity, eliminating any chance of competition for “who gets to wash up first” in the mornings. An abundance of towels of every size has been placed in a closet near this bathroom.

A bonus feature of this villa is the pool table that is located in a garage, steps away from the den and two of the bedrooms. A large leather sofa, ideal for the “cheering squad” to watch from the sidelines, is right nearby. An additional fridge stores the cold drinks and the laundry center is in this area, as well.

Just behind the living room is the master suite. Two king-size beds, outfitted with luxurious linens and an abundance of decorative pillows, guarantee a perfect night’s rest. Flanked by two nightstands with table lamps and facing a dresser directly under a large flat-screen television mounted to the wall, the occupants of this room might very well choose to hang out here and skip some of the family fun! A glass desk with computer and printer allow for some quick “checking into the office” without the distraction of the other family members.

Two separate vanities and sinks provide plenty of room in the bathroom area of the suite, with a large walk-in shower and toilet off to the side in a separate area, closed off by a door for privacy. An open dressing room directly opposite boasts plenty of hanging space for clothing, open shelving, and closed drawers.

The pool and patio area is accessible from the master suite by two glass sliding doors, making midnight swims more than likely.

The outdoor area of this home is just as sophisticated as the indoors. The entire area is paved in travertine with a backdrop of stunning landscaping providing a border just inside the wooden fence that offers privacy from the neighboring homes.

The salt-water pool is heated and crystal clear and is surrounded by two seating areas. Guests have the option of relaxing on one of four chaise lounges with side tables for magazines and cold drinks or enjoying an outdoor game of monopoly while seated on the couch and two side chairs, covered by a large umbrella.

A dining table that seats six with a full size gas barbecue completes the picture of this beautiful backyard, and additional sliding doors near the outdoor eating area allows reentry into the home through the den.
