  1. I hope they will tell families that are experiencing the effects of abuse will call the police, ads many gedolei yisroel have suggested. This seems like an effort to be able to sweep serious issues under the rug.

  2. Can ANYONE explain why LCSW was there? I mean this is a health issue,in fact a mental health issue. Now I do know that LCSW can also be an acronym for Licensed Clinical Social Worker(in other words psychotherapist) but as far as I know and from this articles clearly stating what it stands for they haven’t become a mental health service AS OF YET. So I ask again, why on earth are they there???? Is this just for publicity?

  3. Bc lcsw are hockers that’s there job to be at every seen whether needed or not but believe me I rather call lcsw to take care of my teen than DYFUS

  4. You seem so distressed by the fact that LCSW is active…a bit strange!!

Yes. As you can tell, LCSW was there as an organization who DO at times assist in situations involving teens at risk, domestic and family issues, and therefore were ASKED to be present at that meeting.

Hope this will help clarify it for you and hopefully you can sleep better tonight.

  5. Don’t let it bother u, these r the people who spit u in the face when u do good for them…their also the same people who drove like animals and almost killed u on the road the other day… and their also the people who blow thru a school bus when the red light is flashing… and their also the people that call a cop an anti-semite for giving them a summons when they deserve one…their also the kind of people who wud damage ur car and keep driving…these r the kind of people who have kids of their own who r at risk…now do u wonder y?……bottom line: ignore them. and btw, i guarantee u that one of these days they’ll need ur help..

  6. Actually what bothers me is that LCSW is NOT ACTIVE. Attending meetings doesn’t make them active. And to those that mentioned-jealous,join them, spit them in the face comments,to all those people-believe me,I’m not jealous. I just know A LOT more about LCSW than all of you put together. I’m not very distressed by the comments though because I know they’re mostly coming either from LCSW members or from “buffs” and the like. Have a gut shabbos and remember;in case you need ANY help, just call LCSW. They’re up all night(lol)patrolling our streets!
