[UPDATED – WINNERS] LCSW has launched their first ever raffle campaign fundraiser, in hopes of raising the necessaary funds to continue their operations. LCSW says the proceeds of the raffle will go towards radio communication systems for the volunteer members, gas, training and other expenses.
The prizes are as follows: Grand prize: Home Alarm system (2 door motion detector, keypad, siren, 1 year monitoring), Second prize: Video Surveillance system for front and back door with DVR, and Third Prize: An iPad.

looking at the bowl the tickets were in lets say there were 100 tickets. where are the other 10,000 people who live in lkwd?? most of this town doesnt think lcsw is needed.
