VIDEO: A man was stabbed and assaulted this afternoon, police say. The man, who was identified as a Hispanic, was found by a man working at a neighboring Bruce Street home under construction, and phoned police.
Police say the man was stabbed in the back and was also kicked in the face, before the suspect fled.
The man was transported by EMS to Jersey Shore Medical Center in stable condition.
Lakewood’s Detectives Bureau and CIU are investigating. TLS-50/TLS-46/TLS-89/TLS-CCP.
