Drunk Diver Takes Out Pole; Arrested With Help of LCSW

PHOTO: A drunk driver was arrested after slamming into a utility pole late last night, and then fleeing the scene.

At Around midnight, the drunk driver was traveling on County Line Road near the intersection of Squankum Road, when he lost control off the vehicle and crashed into a utility pole, knocking it out.

an LCSW member in the area spotted the driver running from the scene and proceeded to follow him.

The member then phoned police, who arrested the driver for fleeing the scene and DWI.

The area was shut and was without power for about an hour for the repairs. [TLS-46/TLS-66/TLS-14]
