New Weekly Shiur in Lakewood by Rabbi Mendel Kessin

R'_Mendel_KessinR’ Mendel Kessin, acclaimed lecturer and educator, will be starting a new weekly Shiur in Lakewood this evening in addition to his current weekly Motzei Shabbos Shiur.

The new Shiur on Mishnayus – with his method of ‘how to learn’ – will be taking place each Sunday at R’ Lefkowitz’s Shul, 1097 Somerset Avenue from 8:00pm-9:30 pm.

R’ Mendel also lectures Motzei Shabbos on the Ramchal B’iyun, at Bais Medrash Ner Yisroel, 733 Ridge Avenue (corner of East 7th and Brook). To find out more information please text 848-525-1372.

R’ Mendel Kessin, an internationally acclaimed lecturer and educator, will begin giving a Iyun Shiur on the Sefer Derech Hashem, written by R’ Moshe Chaim Luzzatto (The Ramchal), this Motzei Shabbos. Rabbi Kessin was given S’michah by Rabbi Moshe Feinstein Zatzal and has a PhD in Psychology from Fordham University in NY. He also runs a private practice in Brooklyn & Lakewood.

Rabbi Kessin has spoken extensively throughout the world including the United States, Europe, South Africa, Canada and Israel among other places on Hashkafa, Learning Methodology and Shmiras Haloshon with emphasis on the writings of R’ Moshe Chaim Luzzatto (Ramchal).

I personally know someone that was so inspired by one of R’ Kessin’s shiurim on shmiras halashon many years ago – that person has since shared tremendous inspiration with hundreds if not thousands of girls and women with the foundation of that original shiur…. one powerful shiur can go a far way!
