[COMMUNICTED] The Center’s VIP BBQ will be taking place tomorrow, August 16, at 7:00pm.
The VIP event is open to the public at $250 per ticket. You can sponsor a runner or just make a donation at Jog4center.com and receive your VIP ticket.
The event is once again being hosted by J. Wasser & Co and the Vineyard.
Once again, Yehuda Green will be coming to put on a live performance, and food will be catered by Chef T – with appreciation to Epstein’s meat – who partnered with the Center to make this an unforgettable event.
It is definitely the one event you don’t want to miss! So donate now, help The Special Children’s Center, and enjoy the VIP evening!
I don’t think it is nice to make such an event especially to advertise it if you want to do it privately is one thing but to go ahead and advertise about your vip event is not that nice how about the people that just can’t afford that???
I really don’t think this is nice to make a vip event wat do you think
I agree to the above comments if you make an event and advertise it let anyone come if you want to be vip only don’t advertise
sign up to jog and you can go. It’s an amazing organization that never says no! They are there for the whole community and barely funded. Show your support instead of complaining. Give whatever you can give. I will not attend because I can’t afford so much but I am happy to give what I can give because I know firsthand what they do – how they help me and my family – I have no words.
Some people are given more than others by the riboinoi shel oilom. Whether it’s chochma, bina, daas or gelt. Stop the constant jealousy and looking over your shoulder at yenem and be happy with what you have. Is wine, steak and zemiros that important to you?
If you so desperately want to attend and cannot afford a $250 donation, then sign up as a jogger and raise the funds. All joggers are invited as well (so you can also be a ‘VIP’ – which you seem to crave – without having actual gelt).
The Center is an unbelievable home for chesed 24/7-365. If anyone cares about the ‘little guy’ it’s them. However this is a fundraiser, not a handout. Sign up, dust off those sneakers, raise some funds and you too can be a ‘VIP’ tzuzamen mit de bessereh mentchen instead of an out-of-shape miserable keyboard kvetcher.
