The Lakewood MUA today announced the passing of one of its members, Michael Sernotti. He was 62.
Sernotti lived in Lakewood for over 20 years, and was involved with the Zoning Board, MUA and community activities. He moved to Manchester several years ago.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this trying time,” said the MUA’s Executive Director Justin Flancbaum.
“Mike was a great guy and did wonderful things,” Senator Singer, a member of the MUA Board told TLS.

Michael Sirnoti was a great public official.
What an amazing man, husband, father, grandfather, friend…I could go on and on. He will be greatly missed.
Mike was a very honest and pleasant man. A true mensch. He was always doing for others. He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace

Mike was a true mentch, dedicated in his public service, and a real friend to the community. He will be missed.
