  1. Hillary is for every kind of toeiva out there. Trump at least professes to be socially conservative. אין ספק מוציא מידי ודאי

  2. Hillary is backed by all crooked people and definitely by all the people who have lost their morality. Very appropriate for this weeks Parsha. Thank you TLS for printing this. Now I know it’s also “A MITZVAH” to vote Trump!

  3. Trump is endorsed by virtually every Neo-Nazi alive. Here’s a quote from the LA Times ( Here is the link http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-pol-trump-david-duke-20160928-snap-story.html )
Andrew Anglin, editor of the Daily Stormer website and an emerging leader of a new generation of millennial extremists, said he had “zero interest” in the 2012 general election and viewed presidential politics as “pointless.” That is, until he heard Trump.

“Trump had me at ‘build a wall,’” Anglin said. “Virtually every alt-right Nazi I know is volunteering for the Trump campaign.”

This has been reported extensively on across the news media.

Is would follow that R A Miller would consider it to be a mitzva to vote for Hillary Clinton.

  4. In all fairness, we all know how much R A Miller fought against the liberals. The question here is whether this election is any different. IMO, any rational person who gets over his or her bias should be able to realize that R A Miller would not support Trump.
This letter though, doesn’t change much.

  5. The Rav was talking about morality issues, and its not as much how the person exercises his self control and his possible misbehaviors, rather the laws he is likely to enact and its implications on our culture in regard to our values, morals, and princibles.
I agree that it is a pick your poisen election, but its reasonable to expect under a Clinton presidency a furthrrnce of everything imoral t ha.

  6. R’ Avigdor Miller wrote a full page editorial in 1980 excoriating Democratic President Carter and demanded that all orthodox Vote AND actively support/work for his defeat
In the editorial he wrote voting for the Libertarian candidate is much worse than voting Jimmy Carter

  7. Trump is endorsed by every nazi……
Really who are they the nut david duke, give me a break. B”h nazi party is a few nits with no power. I won’t worry about it.
On the other Hillary is a radical leftist, who’s a lying corrupt, have you not seen her record at sec of state, she has made the world into a mess.
She will throw Israel under the bus and cozy up to the Arab. She already gave the Iranians nuke. Look what she done al over the world.
It’s not even close. Vote Trump

  8. The fact that the Hillary and her party represent strengthing every toeva that is assur in our Torah- I don’t see how I or any Jew can support her or any democrat. (is it even mutar to vote for someone who will pass laws against that Torah??) At the least, supporting them you’re supporting matiring toevot. As a Jew I can’t let myself look any further than that

  9. not to mention the diverse stances on abortion. I really doubt Rabbi Miller would want us to support someone who is in favor of killing a baby AS IT IS being born full term.
