Judge Michael Guadagno pens humorous retirement letter to Secretary of State – who happens to be his wife and Lt. Governor

Judge Michael Guadagno – a judge on the Appellate Division of the Superior Court in New Jersey – was required to notify the Secretary of State of his retirement.

That Secretary of State, who also serves as the Lieutenant Governor, is none other than his wife, Kim Guadagno.

In a humorous letter, Judge Guadagno, who reached the mandatory retirement age, also hinted his wife should seek a job with higher income – perhaps that of Governor – which she is running for.

He ended the letter by saying she did not need to respond, as they can discuss this over dinner.
