NJ State Trooper seriously injured in I-78 crash (VIDEO)

A New Jersey State Trooper was seriously injured in a crash this afternoon on the I-78.

The crash occurred shortly after 4 PM on the I-78 EB MP 40.8 in Warren Township, Somerset County.

The trooper was extricated from the patrol car and airlifted to the hospital.

Expect major delays due to the investigation.
