PHOTOS: An Unforgettable Pesach Seder

By T.H. Nestled deep in the beautiful town of Lakewood, pure children experience a piece of gan eden every single day.

Straight from the excitement of Purim they sprung into Pesach preparation, singing dancing and learning as the stories of the hagada game alive. After lots of practice the children were ready for the long awaited mock Seder!

Words cannot describe the feelings of every child in the dining room at The Special Children’s Center After School Program this week… With pride and confidence they made Kiddush, washed their hands, sang ma nishtana, dayenu…. No one wanted it to end. Each staff member at The Center lovingly cares for the children’s needs however complex they may be. Each child’s strengths are brought out giving them the chance to soar and reach beyond imaginary limits!

During the Pesach rush over 400 families will have peace of mind knowing their child with special needs is taken care of! When school is closed, on Shabbos hagadol, on erev yom tov, on chol hamoed and whenever the families need…The Center is always open.

These children are special in every way. I know from my older sister that they are so happy over little things that we take for granted. We could all learn from them. They are beautiful.
