  2. Such a wonderful discussion. Great panel. I think anyone that watches this from any “side of the aisle” can be impressed by the clear, intelligent, articulation of the communities position and how reasonable our stance is. Like Rabbi Schnall said, this lawsuit was a last resort after extended efforts for dialogue and diplomacy.

    Common misconception is,
    Lawsuit = “angry, aggressive, unreasonable, money seeking people(s)”
    Actual translation in this case is, “calm, non-aggressive, reasonable people not seeking monetary gain”, utilizing legal means to protect the rights of a community from being discriminated against.

    Kudos to the Agudah and to all those involved in the effort.

  3. sad..with over 500 familys and close to 100 in contract you would think they would want to work with us….sad that all my emails to the council were ignored…sad that they really do not understand that we want to live and let live….sad that they are creating a us and them….jackson needs a real leader….someone who can call out all garbage and be a true republican…thanks reb avi and all those who helped….dont give up and remember we stand behind you and your avodas hakodesh
