1. Just putting this out there this is one out of over 10 accidents that hatzolah responded to today, first problem is that people dont know how to drive in this town but the main problem is that if you C’V get into an accident or witness one does not mean that you have to call hatzolah, most of these accident dont have injuries and it just ties up valuable members time and effort and makes responding to accidents pointless for hatzolah members.

2. When a car flips over you should certainly be calling hatzolah whether they look injured or not. You never know if there can be internal injuries and no chances should be taken.

3. Isaac, better safe than sorry. How is a witness supposed to know if Hatzolah is needed or not? I’ve been told many times by hatzolah members to call “just In case” so either you are not a hatzolah volunteer or you shouldn’t be if you are one. I gather that in general, not just car accidents, hatzolah is called when not necessarily needed. I never heard a hatzolah member complaining that they were called unnecessarily. Do you know of a call that couldn’t be responded to because of responses to these accidents? If so, it means there were just not enough members available and THAT is what needs to be addressed. Its worse for people to second guess their emergency calls rather than calling if it might be that at the end it wouldn’t be needed. Again, if you are a volunteer you have the wrong attitude should fix that or quit and if you are not then you don’t know what you’re talking about.

4. Why can’t cars stay upright in Lakewood. It’s becoming a joke.
