Man caught on surveillance video burglarizing vehicles in Lakewood, Hiding from police

A burglar was caught on surveillance video going through vehicles in Lakewood early this morning, and then hid when police came by.

The suspect, on  a bike, can see entering vehicles, and then hiding behind a neighbor’s vehicle when police were alerted and came looking for him.

A K9 assisted in the search, but the suspect was not found.

  1. Wouldve been cool of that person to contact the police immediately if they saw something suspicious rather than trying to locate the Burglar. Precious time ticked by as this vigilante attempted to corral the suspect themselves instead of allowing trained/paid professionals to handle it. Let the LCSW worshipping begin…..
