Over 200 in Lakewood, over 7,000 in Brick without power

Thousands in Brick and nearly 300 in Lakewood are without power this afternoon.

Traffic lights in the area of Joe Parker and Lanes Mill Road are out as a result.

JCP&L didn’t state a reason for the outage, but say power is expected to be restored by 8:00 PM.
