  1. This uptick in gun crime can not be ignored. Shootings used to be a rare occurrence but are now happening with surprising frequency. If I’m noticing, I’m assuming our local LEOs realize that as well. And do something about it. And soon.

  2. So everyone thought you can come to quiet Suburban Lakewood for a peaceful living? We now have constant robberies, traffic and congestion, the rat race for homes and cars and now….murders too. I miss Brooklyn.

  3. Another shooting ? That’s crazy. Although comparing it to Brooklyn borders on the absurd, it definitely is concerning. And while I love LPD and all that they do for the community, they need to Increase patrols and presence in the high crime areas. Which, btw, I’m sure they will.

  4. Quick tell the Governor to tale away all the guns from all the legal gun owners. That will stop this from happening ever again.
