  1. Toyota hubcaps go over the rim and lug nuts, and are held onto the rim with clips, others have the the lug nuts screwed over the hubcaps holding them in place.

    Perhaps a huge percentage of Lakewood residents drive Toyotas…thus hubcaps are majority Toyota brand . Between siennas and camrys….

    The contractor finished the sidewalk part a month ago

  4. Perhaps the problem also has to do with all the reckless drivers in Lakewood that don’t realize that if there are potholes you drive slower.
