Free Real Estate Seminar Hosted By Lakewood’s Top Real Estate Firms

Four of Lakewood’s leading firms are hosting a free “crash course” seminar on the real estate industry, featuring Ira Zlotowitz, the nationally-prominent founder and president of Eastern Union.

The one-hour event — geared toward anyone looking to start their career in real estate part-time — takes place this Wednesday night, July 17 at 8:00 pm in Lakewood, New Jersey.

The free crash-course is sponsored by Riverside Abstract, Ideal Insurance, Roth & Co, and Kunstlinger Law.

The presentation — which will focus on the “hard money” lending component of the commercial real estate sector — will be followed by a question-and-answer session featuring both Mr. Zlotowitz and representatives of the hosting companies.

“If you’re someone contemplating entry into the worlds of commercial real estate or finance, it pays to possess a solid understanding of ‘hard money’ loan syndication,” said Mr. Zlotowitz.

“When people seek a suitable entry point into this sector, they often assume their first step must involve investing some manageable amount of equity as part of a syndicate of investors,” he said. “But another rewarding pathway is to play a role in the syndication of loans. That will be our focus on July 17.”

“All attendees are certain to benefit, whether they plan to go into the worlds of finance, real estate or business,” said ShaulGreenwald, CEO of Riverside Abstract. “Ira Zlotowitz is respected across America as a real estate luminary. It’s a privilege to have him share his expertise with aspiring professionals in our area.”

In addition to Mr. Zlotowitz and Mr. Greenwald, question-and-answer panelists will also include Dovid Caplan of Ideal Insurance, Hershy Donath of Roth & Co, and Naftali Kunstlinger of Kunstlinger Law.

The seminar portion of the event will be available via livestream; however, the question-and-answer session will not be livestreamed.

I sometimes pity those that attend these “get rich” seminars. You can follow those who are presenting “their secrets” down to the last detail, and will surely not have the same results. Hashem gives parnasa, sometimes it is for a persons benefit and sometimes it’s actually their שכר in this world; nebach. I find it mind boggling how so many Frum Yidden have such an elementary understanding of such basics. Of course TLS won’t post this comment, because they’re all about promoting the new lakewood environment.

    To yuks:
New Lakewood environment? Finally someone is admiring that it’s ok to have some positivity in life!!! Finally the community is realizing that mussar and bashing ourselves isn’t what we are on this world for. Finally there are crowds that get together and make happy times memorable instead of having to excuse themselves for enjoying a good time in Simcha is good. Happiness comes from true love of yiddishkeit. Not from sticking our heads in the sand and denying that Lakewood 15 years ago was damaging to a child who was yearning for a healthy, happy environment. Yes there were those that succeeded but it made the chances a lot harder to get past. i applaud the new environment. I applaud those that understand that it’s ok to show our kids a good time and to show them that good things come from positive environments. I’m sorry you’re so bitter from so many years being engulfed in the old environment. Nebach. I wish you happiness and prosperity in your life.
